Agelessness, Purpose, and Love

This year, I wrestled with the thought of getting older the weeks before my birthday, freaking myself out for a little bit! I ask myself now, what was that all about? I’m still here, the same person I was yesterday, but with a renewed sense of purpose.I am still experiencing life fully, I love myself, I am able to learn new things, and life is exciting. I have so much to be grateful for!

We place so much value on age and being “forever young.” It’s not about our age, it’s how we feel within! I (literally) “tripped myself up”… I fell in a hole off the sidewalk while outside walking a few days after my birthday. I felt handicapped, not being able to move around freely and pain free. However, it gave me the time and a chance to look at my life and see that there is always something new to learn, to love myself and be grateful for, at any age or place in my life. For ALL of us, it’s never too late to change directions or to learn something new… including something you might have been putting off or on hold for a long time, because you kept yourself too busy to look at new possibilities and chances.

Where in your life are you out of balance or harmony? Where do you feel stuck, inflexible and undervalued? Do you need a change in direction? Is change difficult for you? Do you feel guilty in experiencing joy and pleasure?

What gives your life purpose and direction? What is preventing you from moving forward? Are you present in the moment?

Make a decision and start moving forward towards the new goal, even if it is baby steps, one step at a time.

My new mantra is:

I step forward in life with joy, grace and ease, balance and harmony.

I am willing to change with the times. I accept and give thanks to all the pleasures life has to offer.

And so it is!

Here is a little poem that came to me:

Love is pure.
Love is true.
Love is forever.
Love is unconditional.
Love does not depend on age, looks, money,
Jobs, status, loneliness or
fulfillment of expectations…
your own or others.

Not wanting to look deeply at
ourselves in the mirror,
our own perceived lack,
our “needs and wants” to fill that hole within.

We are whole already.
Love starts within. With full acceptance of ourselves.
Being happy with who we are, even if we believe we are not perfect.
We are perfect in God’s eyes, here to learn and Love.
We are divine beings connected to all there is.
We are Love!

Finding Common Ground

ClaudiaHandsIt’s more important than ever to realize that we are all connected and One in Spirit.

I had an awesome experience at the farmer’s market, where I used to have a booth offering energy healing, chakra balancing and selling my art.

A Rastafarian came to my booth and said he loved my paintings, and the name of my business. He smiled and mentioned he could see my bright light shine. He knew, how much it was needed to spread love and healing at the market.  We talked for a little bit about Oneness, and I could feel that he really got “it”! In these challenging times, it’s so important to focus on how we are connected. I was intrigued by his energy, but I couldn’t see his eyes, so I asked him kindly to please remove his sunglasses, which he did.

He was hesitant first, he said he guarded himself usually, and that the light was too bright for him, and then I saw tears in his beautiful eyes. He had the most beautiful eyes I have seen in a very long time. It was a very humbling experience. Seeing the eyes of a Divine Being, as we are all One.

When I got home, I wanted to know more about Rastafari and I and found this information:

Rastafari are monotheists, worshiping a singular God whom they call Jah. Jah is the term in the King James Bible, Psalms 68:4. Rastas view Jah in the form of the Holy Trinity – Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. Rastas say that Jah in the form of the Holy Spirit (incarnate) lives within the human. For this reason, they often refer to themselves as “I and I”. “I and I” is used instead of “We” to emphasize the equality between all people, in the belief that the Holy Spirit within all people makes them essentially one and the same.

The Rastafari Trinity
Rastafari doctrines concerning the Trinity include stressing the significance of the name “Haile Selassie,” meaning power of the Trinity, might of the Trinity, powerful trinity in Ge’ez or also Haile Selassie I (qedamawi Haile Selassie) meaning the (first power of the Trinity) name given to Ras Tafari upon his baptism and later assumed as part of his regnal name at his November 2, 1930 coronation by the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo church, then known as just the Ethiopian Tewahedo Church.

I am truly amazed; there are uses of the concept of “Trinity” everywhere… they might have different names and perceptions for it, but it lives within us, around us, as we are all One!

Following Guidance, Living a Dream!

ClaudiaKoalaRecently, I took a 5-week excursion to Australia and New Zealand; my decision to go came from pure guidance. The time was now. I’d waited for this my whole life! I planned my life long dream to experience this journey with my son. Since I was a little girl, I always felt a connection, a magnetic pull to travel there one day, and this year I finally made my dream come true. The whole trip was beyond my dreams, just pure magic and beauty. It took my breath away, taking in the beautiful ever changing landscapes! It felt very safe everywhere and we weren’t afraid of all the “deadly critters” we’ve been warned about. We did encounter some beautiful exotic animals; we even had a chance to hug and pet a few koalas. That was such an amazing and sweet experience!

Seeing kangaroos, wombats, and so many more one-of-a-kind creatures has been so eye and heart opening. What a beautiful world we live in! I was driving on the left side of the road like I have been doing it all my life; it felt very familiar to me.

ClaudiaAUS3-bFrom the exciting and modern city of Sydney, with its iconic Opera House, to Uluru where we experienced the energy of the Big Rock and also Aborigine culture and art, to the Great Barrier Reef, where we drove more than 1800 Miles along the coast and through the Outback… we had a wonderful time! Sometimes we didn’t know where we’d sleep at night. We would just drive and enjoy the landscape and we always found a place before it got dark. We trusted that all was well and we are taken care of, no matter what… and we were! We tasted the freedom of a beautiful continent. In certain areas where we wanted to spend some more time, we made reservations with AirBnB; when we did that, we had the best time and connected with people and their lives. We spent my birthday in Byron Bay, hanging out at the beach watching the waves, surfers, and flower children and even some whales migrating out in the ocean. It was very peaceful, it felt like I was coming home to a place I haven’t seen in lifetimes.

ClaudiaAU-bWe even found some soul family Down Under, where we were welcomed with open arms; it was like we known each other for a long time! (In fact, just this week, I received an email from one of them, telling me that if the US implodes because of whoever wins the presidency this year, we would always be welcome and that they would have a bed for us. How sweet is that?) These heartfelt connections are amazing; it’s so comforting of a feeling that when you hug someone you’ve “just met,” it feels like coming home.

When I was planning our trip, I found an awesome Tesla energy device, I knew I had to go there and try it out. We only had a very short window to visit this awesome place in the mountains, and meet the inventor and creator of the magical Tesla Transcender devices. When I tried the two different energy devices, I felt so completely at peace. I saw energy moving and iridescent colors, I have never seen before. Some of my pain in my shoulders and in my body disappeared, I felt energy moving and working on me and around me. The vortex energy was out of this world! It felt like heaven. After the sessions, I had no worries and I felt balanced and happy; I was so fortunate to be able to bring the small portable prototype back to the US.  I have had wonderful experiences, also in healing sessions with others, too; what a wonderful discovery with this awesome device!

ClaudiaNZ3-bI’m so glad I found so many magical places in Australia and I that I brought a piece of that home with me (which I guess makes up for not being able to bring a cuddly Koala home!). Though there’s always another time to return… but right now, I’m ecstatic that I took the leap of faith and had such an amazing experience!

Dreams do come true… when we let them. We are the creators of our reality; carpe diem!

Cheers to that, Mates!

You can see the Divine in yourself, mirrored in each other’s eyes!

Recently I went to a workshop at Vincent Genna’s and we did an awesome exercise, where we paired up with a stranger, someone we haven’t worked on before or didn’t know. There was beautiful spiritual music playing in the background.

Our task was to sit across from each other and to look into each other’s eyes for a couple of minutes. One person goes first and touches the other person’s face very gently. Then we switch and the other person does the same thing. It is a very intense and emotional experience. It’s up close and personal, and you can feel the Unconditional Love from the other person.

It was even more wonderful to open my heart to the stranger and sit there blissfully in Trinity Energy Progression™. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a very long time. What made it so exceptional is that my ability to go deeper into myself allowed me to connect in such an open-hearted way that I hadn’t had the ability to do previously. It feels like you are looking into God’s Soul.

Since that experience, I’ve found it so beautiful to connect to God’s creatures and Nature. So, when you find yourself wanting to connect to yourself and the Oneness of us all, I suggest going for a walk in Nature and seeing trees in bloom and the wildlife. All is just another way of seeing God’s light in and around all of us.

This spring has really blessed us with Unconditional Love and Beauty in unexpected ways.  It’s all just waiting for you to reach out and connect to all.

Let your light shine through in all that you do!

What are your reflectors?

Do you hold fear, insecurity, the feeling of not being good enough in you?

Find the reflectors that are holding you back, that are not working for you and work through them. Ask yourself, what reflectors am I wearing? What is reflecting back to me?

If you are angry or sad about something, or have negative emotions toward someone, you are in a low energy pattern. It will continue until you work through it and change it. Try to look at your issues and relationships as reflectors you are wearing. What does it reflect to you? What shows up in your life that annoys you? You are holding an aspect in some shape or form of the issue or person you judge and feel angry or sad about. Or maybe it’s a childhood issue or something that’s emerging from a past life.

Find out what it is for you. You might have to do some digging work and find out the beliefs that are holding you back. Replace your anger with kindness and love; make peace with the issue or the person. Raise your vibration, work through the issue, and send love and forgiveness and then let it go. Thank the person for the great gift they have been for you. The people who challenge you the most are your best teachers, as hard as it seems at the time. If someone is pushing your buttons, it shows there is struggle or drama, find it and clear that reflection you are holding. If the vibration is dense, work through it until it feels lighter.

We are receivers and transmitters. We feel drawn to certain people, we enjoy their company from the first moment we meet them; others you want to run from when you see them. Have you ever noticed how you feel when you walk into Wal-Mart or any other crowded; or low vibration place or store? Simply turn up your light and EMANATE — be the lighthouse, not the sponge, and others around you will do the same! We attract what we reflect. It’s all light and vibration. Find the reflector when it shows up and clear it, if you are holding it. You can’t change others, but you can clear the issue through healing yourself. Don’t exhaust yourself by trying to change other people. But you can change your experience of life if you clear your own energy. Some of us have a subconscious need for struggle. Release the need for struggle based on what your reflectors are. Clear your reflectors energetically, clear the heavy energy within and around you.

Sometimes you have to be still and go within to find out what the pattern is. Or, if you don’t find it, sometimes with the help of a Practitioner you’ll be able to locate the issue and work on it together in releasing it. Once you find it, dissolve, resolve, release and clear it, and make changes — go inside and turn up the light and clear it once and for all.

Allow yourself to look at the emotions and work through them. Raise your consciousness and send “your teachers” love anyways’; it allows you to move on, and out of the negative vibrations.

Think about when relationships end, there is usually a missing link. That can be romantically, friendships, or business relations, in general.

If there is no mutual love, respect, trust, or commitment from both sides there can be no real future in a relationship. Something will always be missing. If one of the links is missing, then it’s like a chain reaction. If one partner decides not to respect the other one, where is the commitment and love in the relationship? Or if the commitment from one partner is gone, where is the mutual love and respect? When boundaries are broken, it’s hard to move forward in a relationship. There needs to be genuine love and safety in a relationship. It’s a two-way street.

It does not mean you don’t love the other person in some shape or form anymore. If you learned your lesson and you are done with your soul contract, don’t feel bad if you walk away in dignity and let the other person live their life. Forgive yourself, and forgive the other person. It is okay to forgive and be forgiven and it’s okay to forgive yourself. It might take a while to get there. Don’t beat yourself up over what could have or should have been. Make an internal inventory, do your self-work, go within yourself, and see if you can live with broken trust or a broken commitment. For some people it might be possible to move forward in a relationship after one of the chains have been broken, that means that the soul contract is not done yet, or the lesson not learned yet. Forgive yourself anyways. Whatever you do, it’s okay! When the other person moves on and is not committed to you and no longer respects, trusts,or loves you anymore, it was about themselves and their insecurities, and had nothing to do with you. This is hard to accept sometimes; I know out of experience.

What I can tell you helped me in the past, is: Go within, feel the pain, work through it for as long as it may take you and then let the emotion go. Let your inner pilot light guide you in making the right decisions to move forward. Trinity Energy Progression™ has helped me work through a lot of pain and let go of a lot of reflectors.

Your inner voice always knows; you just have to be quiet enough to listen to it. With all the turmoil and other’s opinions around us, we don’t stop and trust our own Divine Light sometimes. Only you can live your life and decide what is best for you and the lessons you have come here to fulfill and learn; nobody else can do that for you. See past relationships, as painful as the end might have been, as the gift they really have been to you. See the lesson you learned from it and thank the Universe for it and move on without regret.

Reflectors_blog_022115I learned a lot from my pets, especially my dog, about unconditional love and trust. Animals trust they will be fed and taken care of. They don’t worry about tomorrow. They live in the moment. They are happy to see you, even if they get the same food every day, and they never complain. They are grateful and they love you unconditionally anyway – even when you had a hard day, even if you feel insecure, not good enough, or just sad. They wag their tail when you come home. If it’s just been an hour or a day, they wait patiently by the door to greet you. They are committed to their family. We can learn a lot from our pets. Go with the flow, do what makes you happy.

Choose work that makes you happy, find your passion! Choose your partner wisely. Does he or she make your life even happier? If they walk in the door, do you get as excited to see them, as your dog is when you come home? Just think about it for a moment and let it sink in. If the answer is yes, then you are good; otherwise work on the issue. Or, just get a dog or cat, they love you unconditionally just the way you are! ? Bring balance in your life and remember the Divine Being you truly are. You deserve life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
