Love Is All You Need
So many of us are spiritually awake now. We are searching for ways to raise our frequency. Ways to strip away our partitions and to fully awaken our soul’s path. 
I think we can all agree that once you are spiritually awake to the truth, it is very hard to go back to who you were before. Since my awakening, my soul’s goal has been to find my soul’s chosen path. It has been my mission. On this mission, I have asked for guidance; and for me, most of my guidance comes during dream state.
The guidance comes in form of beings that I have a deep connection to. Not here in the earthly plane but in the higher dimensions where the oversouls reside.
Guidance appears to me oftentimes as a massive light being or beings. I do not see facial or body features. Typically, it is all emotion and what appears to be telepathically translated.
I recently had an amazing message that I was told to share with you all here. I received guidance shortly after pleading out loud to be shown my truth path and the message I received was for me, transformational:
Very simply put, I was told that in order to raise my frequency to the level of ascension I am seeking, I must release all expression of emotion that does not reside at the most highest frequency. Basically, all emotion/expression of words and feelings that are not love based must simply go. I must work to release all fear, all worry, all envy, everything that is an emotional expression outward and inward of my very being.
The only form of expression must be love.
Once I attain that, I will have attained all that I am seeking. All that we are seeking. You see, once we can all express only love, we ascend. It is as difficult; and as simple as that.
So, my next goal is to take each emotion/expression one day/week/month at a time to work through it. I have recently stumbled upon the emotion/expression of depression. It is a difficult one that I am feeling at the very core of my being; however I am aware now that the emotion/expression of depression is not all mine. I typically do not feel this emotion, but at the very core of my being I need to feel it now to finally and forever release it. For 2 weeks now I wake up with this feeling. It resides at the very base of my spine and it amplifies to the heart when acknowledged. It is this very deep emotion that can be very paralyzing to so many people that I am working through now. My guidance is to take it on fully and to release it with grace and ease one day at a time.
On my next blog to you I will have released this emotion/expression once and for all; and then I will be guided to the next one. I will document the process and share it as my experience. Hopefully helping some, if not many of you, out there who are going through this.
Remember dear soul family, you are not alone and in the end the only thing that really matters is LOVE. LOVE is all we really need. It is what we are made of. When you look deep into your soul cells, you will see this as I do see it in all of you.

The True Strength of Vulnerability
A tremendous boost in our spiritual growth is getting to the point where we can accept and fully embrace what the mind sees as vulnerability… which has traditionally been considered a “weakness.” The hierarchal existence we have explored to its fullest in the past has come to glorify what has been considered “strength” and “being strong”; when we’ve used that word, we’ve meant something along the equivalent of being a fortress: not letting someone see our “soft spots,” and hiding what we feel would be considered a weakness. Leaders, teachers, mentors have all been expected to be beyond that, to “be strong”… to hide what would be considered a weakness and to “give good face” to others. In societies and practices where we’ve grown to glorify only the Divine Masculine without the balance of the Divine Feminine, we’ve grown to consider that this perception of “strength” as the only one… and of course in such an environment, we’d perpetuate it in the leaders, teachers, and mentors, to pass on that energy and perception of what the ideal is to be.
It’s time change all of that… and to recognize that full vulnerability is TRUE strength.
Why? Because it’s only when we quit hiding our Divine Self, in its completeness – accepting ALL of the energies as part of the whole, and thus, fully accepting ourselves – that we show our true strength. When we “hide” or “guard” something about ourselves, that’s based in (self-)judgement and resistance, which is based in duality. “Hiding something” is actually repression, which causes us to give something power over us… and then actually DOES cause the perception of weakness, because we believe we have something to lose.
Part of this process entails connecting with our Higher Self to live from a higher consciousness (vs. living solely from the mind/ego), releasing that which we judge about ourselves (including releasing the valuation of the Self based on the judgment of others), learning to live from love and connectedness as part of the Oneness/Divine (vs. fear and separation)… and in full responsibility as creators of our own reality.
When we do that, we can simply BE. There is no need to hide, no need for secrets, no need for shielding, nothing to fear. It becomes living in honesty, from love, in our Divine Truth… that is TRUE vulnerability – and simultaneously, it is TRUE strength. When we remember how to do so, then we welcome and embrace allowing others to see the whole of us, without excuses, rationalizations, or shame. We accept and honor who we are, and our journey… and simultaneously, we can accept and honor all around us for who THEY are, and theirs.
THIS is from where it’s time for us to lead, teach, and mentor… to teach others that THIS is the ideal… living from love, connectedness, and in our Divine Truth.
A NEW “Christmas”… for ALL
Today, on Christmas Eve, I had the most beautiful meditation.
I consciously sat in the doorway between worlds… between the “old Earth” and the “new Earth.” I was simultaneously in both… and I was simultaneously in all of my timelines, celebrating today with the same feeling, the same expansion of Universal love, regardless of where I was, regardless of my circumstances via that timeline.
Beyond that, I could feel the love emanating throughout Earth, throughout the Universe at this time of unity… while we’re also passing through a huge doorway into the “next phase” of our evolution, and in remembering our Oneness. So much love… at such a “new” level!
Of course, we set it up that way… this is the time of year when we naturally come together more easily in love… we remember our connectedness, regardless of our personal belief systems and individual celebrations. Therefore, we can so much more easily “take it to the next level” while we’re here!
Forget about the commercialization, forget about the individual belief systems… it’s time to celebrate the symphony, that we’re here at the party, and it’s so overwhelmingly beautiful!
Technically, we CAN still call it Christmas, without any direct connection to Jesus. Here’s why:
The term “Christ” was around long before Jesus/Yeshua. In fact, the reason he was given the name “Christ” had to do with realization of full Divine Consciousness (aka “Christed Consciousness) while incarnate. His actual lesson to us all: That we are ALL the Divine; that we are one in Divine Consciousness, and that we are all him… and can all achieve what he did. There are others who have achieved full Divine Consciousness while incarnate, and it’s time for all of us to do the same. That’s what we’re here to do!
As we remember to tap in directly to Divine Consciousness (as we do via Trinity), we more and more remember to live our Divinity in all ways. This is regardless of our individual paths, our individual beliefs, our individual purposes. We ALL become Christed! Thus, we’re in the age of Christed Consciousness… what better way to celebrate?
Though many don’t realize it, the celebration of these holidays have many overlapping traditions… and regardless, most of us connect during this season in was we don’t normally throughout the rest of the year.
When we let go of the “old” – as we’re naturally doing, whether the ego wants to or not – we realize how much space and expansion we allow for the new, in a better, more unified way!
So, here’s your task moving forward: Remember this feeling of love every moment of every day. Recognize and let go of that which doesn’t serve you. Laugh. Love freely and openly. Enjoy the moment; enjoy where you are, right now… regardless of the challenges you’re facing. Know that all is absolutely magnificently perfect in the bigger, interwoven and interconnected picture… and that you – that all of us – have a singularly important part of this symphony that we planned together.
Know that you are loved. Unconditionally. And that you are worthy of such… as are all of us (yes, ALL of us).
And that we are all, in essence, simply different facets of the Divine, expressed as who we are… and thus, absolutely in the here and now, doing and experiencing what we are doing and experiencing here and now PERFECTLY.
I have such huge, HUGE gratitude to be where I am spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically… and to feel the new levels of remembrance and love that are flowing through us collectively. So much gratitude that we’re all here now, in this way… and that we are remembering that IT’S TIME. My heart is open wide, and it is HUGE.
Yes, Virginia… there IS a Santa Claus… who has come to personify the coming together of everything, of allowing everything to work out PERFECTLY, and in miracles happening moment by moment, day by day. When we remember to let go, to surrender to our Higher Self, to live in the moment, and to know that EVERYTHING is possible, and that we are limitless… we allow it all to be.
I believe.
I also allow all the magnificence into my life, into my world… into our world. How about you? Can you see the beauty in every moment of our lives? Can you allow such awe and gratitude and celebration into every moment of your existence? THAT is what I wish for you… now and always!
