No Asky, No-Getty

In this time of great change, it is more important than ever to go within to find our own personal truths. When we listen to our own hearts and get confirmation in messages, it is a powerful reminder indeed. Messages come to us in many ways. Are you listening?

How do you personally recognize the messages that you are constantly receiving? Do you get messages from animals, plants, feathers, airplanes, insects, clouds, books, music, art, or by physical sensations and vibrations. When we learn how to tune into our own higher knowing, we tune into the Universe and get our messages loudly, clearly, and beautifully.

Meditation allows a clear and open channel to hear such messages. It is vital to quiet the mind because only a quiet mind can actually hear the answers being received. When there is a bunch of chatter going on in our heads all the time, who can hear a thing?

Those of you who know me…know that I have been on an active path in service to the YOU-niverse for quite some time now. I have often been inspired to use many little phrases…my “Debi-isms” …some have called them…to help anchor a point home. One of my favorites is “No-Asky-No-Getty”. When we start ASKING…ASKING…ASKING….not wondering….guess what happens. We actually get ANSWERS! This remembrance to continually ask my higher self for clear answers was really anchored within after taking a Trinity Energy Progression™ class a few years ago. Ask for messages…ask for signs…ask for answers…..

I think back to the first time I learned this lesson which is the story of a particular “teacher” of mine, who I called my living animal totem, my dog “Daisy”. Our family had decided to get a dog. Even though I didn’t have spirituality as part of my life as I do now, I had started to communicate with angels when I was very ill. My husband Gene suggested that I go upstairs in meditation and “ASK where we were supposed to go to find our dog”. I immediately saw the color, size, and markings of “our” dog very clearly. I was told that her name was Daisy and what shelter we would find her in. I had never had a third eye vision before, so it was quite profound. When we got to the shelter, as I was guided, there was the dog I saw in my vision, exactly as I saw her; and when I asked for clarification, I heard this was our dog. I had also heard “In the beauty there will be ugliness” which made no sense to me until we got home to find she was covered in ticks; and over time found out she had Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, which she healed herself of. I got so many lessons from her including how to handle death, practicing patience, telepathic communication, and how to heal. Of course, one of the biggest gifts was her teaching me how to recognize signs and messages, and how to ASK for guidance and for what you want.

Now get on out there and remember to ASK what’s for your highest and best! No Asky, No-Getty …

The Day the Music Stopped

At some point I became aware that upon waking, there would be times when I would hear music playing in my head, like a pre-recorded broadcast that had started without me. How long had this been going on I wondered? There was no quiet or peace like I would expect to have after waking from a night’s rest. Like a constant DJ, all types of random music played in my head. The funny thing I noticed though was that once I heard it, barely aware enough to recognize the song, the music would stop. Perplexed, I then asked myself, is it a radio signal that I am picking up from somewhere? Either that or perhaps my subconscious mind was busy running the show; it surely wasn’t a conscious choice on my part. Yet that made no sense to me at all.

Often, I would wake up in the morning with my first thought being, “who picked that song”? And then as soon as I had that thought, I could no longer hear the song, as if someone had turned off the station or turned down the volume. I then entertained the idea that if I wasn’t consciously choosing the music, then maybe my job was really to be the observer. You know the one that stands off to the side watching everything unfold.

As I explored these arbitrary episodes I was experiencing, I discovered that in physics, there’s something called the “observer effect”. The act of observing, in itself, changes whatever it is that you’re observing. Simply stated, it refers to “changes that the act of observation will make on the phenomenon being observed”. In other words, once I became aware of the music, it would soon stop. It’s almost as if I had to sneak up on it in a way to be able to even detect it at all. Once I discovered this, I had to ask myself, “What else is going on that I may not be aware of, much less observe”. It also made me wonder, “Do you hear this too?” Or, am I the only one with the internal radio playing the top 40.

I have spent a great deal of time learning how to be still, how to quiet my mind, how to distract myself enough to let it all go. Nevertheless, there were still many times I would wake up to a song playing in my head, even after becoming aware enough to be the observer of it. Irecognize it now as another level of consciousness, always there playing music. I’ve learned to use Trinity Energy Progression™ to raise my level of awareness and my level of consciousness above the incessant noise so that I am no longer bombarded with random music playing in my mind.

It’s a Process

Hands release 1 dove“I want to be psychic!” “I want to be able to heal this” “I want this pain to go away”.

Many, that begin or wish to expand the spiritual part of their life, want or expect things to happen in particular ways.

When I began my journey, I wanted many of the same things. I wanted to be able to “see visions” and “talk to spirits”.  Also, I had recently gone through an experience that had caused a lot of deep soul pain to surface. “I want this pain gone now!” I would think to myself.

In my experience, although issues are able to be instantaneously released, these issues take time to heal. It depends on how deep they are, and how many agreements, beliefs, or contracts that you have that cause you to hold onto the issues causing the pain or discomfort.

I spent at least a year in deep soul pain because it was on such a deep level; it often came in waves. Some days, I would be depressed but able to function. Other days, I would barely be able to function normally. I would have to excuse myself to the rest room and cry at least every hour. I began getting frustrated that it wasn’t all healed. I was upset that when anything reminded me of the trauma; I would feel as if I was right back where I started.

Turns out this was because although I was healing, it was slowly. I wasn’t able to see the changes day by day. But, if I ever took the moment to look back a month, or a couple months, I would notice a significant difference. I would look back in my journal and read some of the older entries. I would think to myself “wow, I was really messed up, I am so much better now.”

I also recall being obsessed with answers, and visions that other people would have while doing Trinity Energy Progression™ sessions on me. I would hang on every word. I was so obsessed with the person that had caused the trauma. “Will everything be ok? Will we be friends again!? Should I call them?” I would ask these questions every day. I was obsessed with this person and obsessed with everything working out right then and there.

I had to realize that it was because of my own lack of self love. I did not love myself enough and felt that I had to get it from others. I began working on that core issue. I also discovered that I had many walls that I had put up to protect myself. Part of the pain was from the walls being taken down. This can be very scary and painful for those that aren’t aware of what it happening. I recall felling as if I was being backed into a corner (emotionally), even though everything in my physical life was fine. Many things began changing. Slowly at first, but the more time went by, the faster the changes and healing occurred. My habits changed, my way of thinking changed, and even my reaction to things changed.

I also learned, that it is okay to “not be okay”. When things came up, I would often become upset; and, I was upset for being upset, which only escalated the problem. I would be upset for being angry or sad or afraid. Now, I understand that it is okay. When things like that come up, it is so it can be healed. I am now able to look at it without giving it power, and without it influencing my behavior (for the most part). I even find that it takes too much energy to stay mad or upset.

I have also been able to “see” as others have, such as psychic visions while doing Trinity Energy Progression sessions. I have also been able to mediate much more easily. This, indeed, took some time and practice.

So, if you are becoming frustrated or tired that you have not obtained the results that you want from this work, then take a moment to look back, and truly see how much you have changed. It is okay to “not be okay”. Be kind to yourself. It is a process and it is different for everyone.

Shadow Work

Shadow work is a process of delving deep into ourselves to examine aspects of our being, at which we often refuse
to look. For some this can be a scary process; it does not have to be. Approaching the shadow-self is best done with an open heart so that one can accept and love everything that is experienced during such a meditation. The shadow-self is often referred to as our “inner demons” or our “sins” which is judgment from our egos. We learn to suppress exploring our shadow-selves because of fear of what we might learn about ourselves. This fear has been instilled into us as a way to control our hearts and to slow our realization that we are perfect beings that are capable of unconditional love and acceptance. We judge others because we judge ourselves. If we can fully accept and love ourselves for everything that we have ever done past, present, and future, then we are capable of doing the same for others. This is natural because the idea that we are separate from others is pure illusion.

While the shadow work process requires full honesty and openness without judgment, we may still hear our egos tell us how horrible we are for doing such terrible things, but the pain and judgment coming from our egos is just that: from our egos. What I like to do is turn up the light using Trinity Energy Progression™ and provide comfort and support for the ego and not get caught up in the ego’s rant as my own. The ego will fight hard, but it is not our enemy. It is a part of us whether or not we agree with it. It has its needs, and we can give it what it needs by consciously recognizing it for what it is.

There is no one correct way to meditate on the shadow-self. One may wish to purify the meditation space with any familiar method. There are a number of guided meditations available online if one does not know where to begin. I personally set an intention as a Trinity Practitioner to be shown an aspect of my shadow-self that needs healing. During some sessions I use a Mindfold® mask, which is a blindfold that blocks out all light while allowing the eyes to freely open. I find that sight deprivation helps me in meditating deeply within and experiencing void space; but it is not necessary. The key is love and to accept oneself no matter what one sees, hears, feels, or comes to know.

After shadow work meditation, some of us may process the experience and feelings in various ways. We may allow ourselves to feel the pain of everyone involved to help transmute the egoic guilt of past transgressions, while processing our own attachments to the situation. We may also come out of our meditation in full bliss and acceptance without any attachment. Although the latter is ideal; however we do it, it does not matter. We get the job done, and there is no judgment.

The shadow work isn’t limited to meditations that are directed to reveal the shadow aspects. After one is done with the meditation, being conscious of one’s thoughts throughout the day is important. One’s subconscious will present opportunities for discovering shadow aspects. They are often reactions or thought patterns that are unwanted or sometimes seem out of character. If one does not remain conscious and stay in the present moment, one may feel guilt, repress them, and eventually act out on them. Staying conscious in the Now, one can recognize them for what they are, and identify from where they come. This can allow further self-reflection at that moment or during a meditation if they are deeper issues.

During the shadow work, one can discover the entanglement of the ego and shadow-self; they are essential one in the same. Because they are a part of us, we must love and accept these facets of our whole selves. This healing is vital to our becoming whole.

Who Do You Judge Most? The Path to Remembrance…

In most belief systems, we believe some sort of judgment is the ultimate reality. Someone judging us (and us judging others) is the basis of a majority of what motivates most of us, whether or not it’s conscious.

What’s important to look at and begin to remember is that judgment is based in duality, as we created it. Duality, in its nature, is the perception that there could possibly be something that is “not Divine”; it’s where we, as the Oneness/Divine Consciousness, decided to create what we can understand as partitions to create this illusion, to perceive what it would be like to look back on our Self.

From there was born the perception of a “me” and “not me”… and from that, the idea that there could possibly be something that existed that was completely “outside” of me… and “outside” of the Divine. From that, we created separation, and from THAT comes the perception of right/wrong, good/bad, good/evil… which ultimately is the basis of judgment.

So, judgment was birthed in this existence of separation and duality… and is limited to existing within that illusion.

The Divine Consciousness – the Oneness, Source, Spirit, God, Creator, whatever you want to call it – simply IS. When we perceive everything around us without separation, with complete acceptance for all as the Divine, we simply live in unconditional love for all that is, AS all that is… which (to my understanding) is the highest, only absolute Truth.

To remember our existence in that space while in the body, and to release ALL of the obstacles (physical, environmental, emotional, and spiritual) we have created, the BIGGEST first step is to release the need to judge and be judged. In reality, the biggest judge in the existence of duality is OURSELVES; it’s the ego (which was created to explore the idea and creation of the illusion of separation) that decides based on its filter of individual experience… and then decides what’s “right” or “wrong” based on those experiences. We judge ourselves based on the projection of judgment by others and by what we’re taught… we judge others based on the judgments we hold within ourselves. Often, we’re not even conscious the judgment we hold is on ourselves. I’ve seen many situations where someone had a very low self-esteem without any determining external factors in their current life; yet, on exploration and the continual releasing process of the person, they came to understand the extreme self-judgment and beliefs of lack of worthiness came from self-judgment due to experiences in other lives. Many who are activists in certain areas… were what they consider the actual perpetrators in other lives, their self-judgment causing them to go to the other extreme in this one.

In the healing/releasing process of remembering our natural, Divine State, what’s the most important, FIRST AND FOREMOST, is releasing the need to judge or be judged; to value the Self based on the judgment of others (it’s none of our business what others think of us… because ultimately what they think of us is only where THEY are on their journey); to remember that judgment and duality is simply illusion, and to understand from the perspective of higher consciousness that there’s a purpose for EVERYTHING that we create in our multi-reality. It’s when we can accept all as part of the Divine, as part of the illusion, and that there is no real “right/wrong,” “good/bad,” but only degrees of the illusion of separation that we have created, that we can release judgment, look at ALL of what holds us back… and finally RELEASE it, however it’s been manifested into our reality… release those partitions we’ve created that prevent us from remembering that we are ALL the Divine, 100%… and remember the bliss of the whole, around us and within ourselves (and that there’s no difference between the two).
