Twelve sides to play with. Cut, tape, draw…
Letting go of the boxes seems like such a wonderful mantra these days, but if you are a packrat like me then you might be thinking “I can use this later”. Why toss out the baby with the bath water, right? The stuff we learn and unlearn on a daily basis isn’t simply boxes though. Defining something as “limiting” is another box in its own right. Beliefs can be limiting when one’s perspective is narrow, and that is where the “box” actually comes in. When someone decides to believe that all ideas are boxes, this belief is a box. Think about it as trying to keep such an open mind that your brain (discernment) accidentally fell out.
Why are boxes/categories so bad? They’re not! That’s “judgment”. When you narrow your perspective based on an idea, you are heading towards the danger zone. So maybe we should just define what a box is. In this context, it is a self-limiting belief; but in the new age circles we have this “box” epidemic of people conflating words and ideas and ignoring context. What we get next is any word that is used to categorize, compartmentalize, or “box” an idea in order to describe it falls on deaf ears because it is a “box”. No longer are we talking about self-limiting beliefs, but rather anything that is being fit into a category for conveying an idea. To put it bluntly, I feel this is a castration of the divine masculine, while putting blinders and earmuffs on the divine feminine, and the divine child is running amuck. (As if we even need those boxes anymore, right?)
Take for instance the words “judge” or “judgment”. They are words with so much meaning, but new agers have decided that any use of them is taboo. So when someone uses the word judgment not in the context of a negative subjective opinion, there is this knee-jerk reaction to the word automatically invalidating everything they have said. Take a look at this list of synonyms for judgment: discernment, acumen, shrewdness, astuteness, sense, common sense, perception, perspicacity, percipience, acuity, discrimination, reckoning, wisdom, wit, judiciousness, prudence, canniness, sharpness, sharp-wittedness, powers of reasoning, reason, logic. Context is important, and words mean nothing without it.
Now back to the boxes. When someone says the sky is blue, is this a box, an observation, or a fact? First we have to agree what the sky is and what blue is. Is this agreement a box? I have heard that words are limiting and, thus, boxes, but I would have to disagree. They are tools with a deep wealth of meaning, but if someone ignores context they become meaningless and limiting. So when the sky is blue, are we describing the color or are we describing the sky’s mood? The magic of context! There are no boxes inherent in the words; the only boxes that exist are the ones we place around them; these boxes can be quite useful so we can convey meaning to one another.
Boxes are everywhere! But they are only self-limiting if they are based on beliefs with narrow perspective. So when someone describes our ideas or words as “being in a box”, just remember that it is not our box that they are talking about. It is their own box that they have closed up around our words. If you have the need to point out someone’s box, just make sure you didn’t initially build the box, to which they are trying to conform. That’s pulling the rug out from under them after inviting them in.
So there you have it. If you like your boxes, have fun with them. If you want to dismantle boxes, just make sure they are your own. [Insert analogy about bully messing up a sandcastle here.] Boxes are limiting only if we don’t have the imagination to play with them, and if we do have the imagination, they cease to be boxes. I’m going to use my boxes to build a clubhouse and maybe even a rocket ship!

Dance in the Flow of Life
Freedom and creativity doesn’t always come easily for people. It hasn’t always been easy for me. There was a time when I didn’t allow myself to open up and play with the creative path. I was usually stuck in my mind and I didn’t pay attention to my inner needs. I was living more for others and the purposes of others; I lacked awareness of my own deep purpose and worthiness. This path was very unfulfilling because a BIG part of me was missing. I woke up one day realizing my emptiness and said “enough is enough.” I resolved to “Dance a new Dance”.
I began to see the world with new eyes, to hear with new ears. It was a most enlightening and eye-opening experience! It was joyous and wondrous. I awakened the MAGIC within and was determined to never to go back. How did I do it? Trinity Energy Progression™ is how I broke free and became the dance of transformation. It’s the most incredible gift ever because it is the energy of remembrance: remembering who we really are as Divine beings and realizing our limitless power. The practice of Trinity Energy Progression has helped me totally embrace a new way of living. What an amazing journey! I now have a business with Trinity Energy Progression clients and students. I’m also a dancer and dance instructor; there’s no coincidence in me using the term “Dance” to explain one’s journey.
I want to encourage you to dance in the flow of life. Embrace the new energies and soar with them. It’s the Dawn of a New Dance. A dance is more than just the traditional movement of one’s body in a rhythmic pattern to music. It is defined here as all aspects of life that will open you up to a lighter, freer existence….one of high vibrational living, all bathing in the flow of love, connectedness, and joy. Here’s how you can dance in the flow of life…..
Dance is a continuous flow….live your life in constant motion, embrace what it is offering you, as it is the soul’s delight. Dance is divine and it will take you to magical places. One of my favorite dance quotes, which is by Nina, is:
“She uninhibitedly danced in the flow of love, and life reflected its beauty back to her.”
Dance unfolds a story…. step into your shoes and live your life with purpose. Be the character that you desire. You can switch back and forth and you can rewrite the story anytime you wish. You are the director, the producer, and the actor.
Dance is freedom…..it gives you the wings to fly. Let yourself go and embrace your spirit; this is who you are. Trust that your movements will carry you through. Tell your story in the fullness of who you are. You are a divine being of light, so let your light shine in all of its glory. Allow your dance to unfold without fear. Feel the rhythm, trust the flow.
Dance is an opportunity…. make the most of every moment and live your dreams to the fullest. Create moves that make you come ALIVE. Another of my favorite quotes, which is by Howard Thurman, is:
“Don’t Ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
Dance is exhilarating….embrace excitement into your day to day life. Open your eyes and see the gifts around you. Enjoy the little things that cross your path and make them bigger than life. Dance through the song….dance through the flowers….dance through the job….dance through the tasks. Dance through everyday life and see the beauty in each step.
Dance is art in motion…..you can move however you wish and paint your own portrait. Your feet are the paintbrush and the floor is your sketch. Allow the paintbrush to move fluidly and spontaneously. All of the twists and turns are new doorways and adventures. See them as the bigger you and TRUST. Start moving and bending. Be flexible and allow new avenues to expand.
Dance is forgiving….when you trip up in life, make it part of the dance! Love yourself and be gentle. There is no wrong step. Open your heart and allow it to expand. Choose a new rhythm, step into a new beat. Trust your higher self to redirect you. It’s all part of the inner dance.
Dance is vision….it opens up new insights and understandings. Wisdom comes to life through creative flow. Dancing is divine and it connects you to Creator and your higher self. Open up and be a clear channel. Intuition will sharpen and you will dance through a waking dream.
Dance is transformational….like the beauty of the butterfly as it sheds its cocoon. It’s an exquisite unfolding of the newness of life and flying to new heights. Massive change takes place, yet it is done gracefully and gradually.
Dance is transcendent….leap forward into a new dimension with seamlessness. There are multiple levels to discover if you go deeper. It’s an effortless flow and you must say “Yes!” As the sign says, “Don’t Walk, DANCE.” Let go of mediocrity and take the leap!!
Your Dance is the choreography of your life. Live it as if it WERE a dance. Dance helps you find yourself and it helps you lose yourself. What is your dance saying to you? Where are you going? Are you going to make yourself come alive and live your life to the fullest? Are you going to follow your dreams to the next leap in consciousness? Your dance is YOURS and nobody else’s. Fill your life with new meaning and purpose. Paint your portrait. The universe needs you! Will YOU Dance in the flow of life? It is YOUR dance. It is YOUR chance.

Living Ascension
I discovered Trinity Energy Progression™. I took the Practitioner class. I took the Facilitators class. I named my website. It all resonated with me. Little did I know that was the easy part of this journey. I realized that in order to truly step into who I am, I have to really know who I am. I have to put my self out there. Everywhere. Step out of the spiritual closet. All the way, not just with close friends and family, but with everyone. Facebook friends, Linked-in people, strangers, neighbors, and anyone who would stay and listen to what I had to say. Oh, then there’s what I have to say. What is it? A link to something Angela has said? No, it has to reflect who I am, what I believe, and what I have to offer. How can my personal journey help someone on their spiritual journey?
I never imagined answering those questions would lead me to where I am right now. The resistance to what I had to look at was tremendous. It was everywhere. Everywhere I looked had a reminder of what I needed to do. There was no getting away from it. No short cuts either. So here is the condensed version of my discoveries.
I am living ascension. To me that means I am the embodiment of ascension in my day-to-day life. That also doesn’t mean abandoning who I am to fit in a box of what ascension means. I examined my life and chose to embrace those elements that nourished my soul and spirit and release/resolve those that don’t. Sounds straightforward and simple.
It all began in conversations with Angela when we “hit” on the term “resolution”. Resolution to release/resolve the past. All of it! I saw this as a freeing of all the energies held in past situations, emotions, agreements, and beliefs. I saw the blue light of transformation helping to identify and isolate those areas creating resistance for me. This resolution allows fulfillment to also be recognized. Giving me a sense of completion with the resolution.
Our next step was “integration”. By freeing those resistant energies of the past, I was able to fully integrate my energies with those of the present. I saw the pink light of unconditional universal love intermingling with the blue light of transformation creating a violet flame of transmutation completing the remembrance of self-love.
Finally, by embracing the present and allowing the integration of all aspects of myself, I ignited my creation with the yellow light and become the creator of my life!! How powerful it was and is.
Reducing this to words makes it appear simple, and in concept it is; but as we all know the ego demands its fair share of attention. I have found that this process works for specific areas as well as general issues. Combining this with the built-in grace, ease, balance, harmony, joy, and fun of Trinity Energy Progression really creates a new flow of energies.
So this is my answer to what I have to offer to someone on their spiritual path. I must say thanks to Angela for the numerous shares and conversations and myself for creating a life that led me to these circumstances.

Learning to Trust the Signs
Progress is inevitable when we make the decision to take on a new path in our spirituality. Sometimes, things change in our lives very quickly; there will be moments when you feel a lull, at a stand-still, a void. We begin to question whether or not we are on the right path.
When I look back, I realize I already saw and knew things even when I was a child, yet I was unable to comprehend that at the time. I received signs at such a young age and I was able to teach myself things, but immaturity and lack of confidence prevented me from realizing this. In fact, I haven’t realized until recently that I have been receiving so many signs!
I know now that every single step I take is calculated by my Higher Self and I have come to notice the signs as soon as they show up for the most part. The challenge is trusting that you see the signs, or believing it. One important recent realization for me was reading something that showed me where I was to go next on my path. A year ago, I would have been incapable of this, because I never would have thought it was possible to accomplish something like what I was “shown.”
I recently read a beautiful blog about a healing facilitator who connected with sea turtles and I was fascinated! She explained the messages she received from the animal, and it was quite unexpected. The sea turtle gave her a distinct message about a human malady we are currently experiencing and why it is happening. A morning soon thereafter, while sitting on my magic couch, I suddenly got pulled into my dog’s energy. I was not surprised, because this happens often, but this time it was different. I realized that the information I was getting was for canines and their role on earth and I got a message! The message was that we need to “GO TO THE HEART.” I heard it loud and clear! I was shown a series of things concerning canines, what they are going through, and how it is helping humanity; I was just blown away! I realized also that I had gotten a sign by reading that amazing blog a few days prior and it was a “heads-up” as to what was coming for me! I just loooooove when that happens!
Our Higher Self is always there and can drop us a line when we least expect it. You could receive a word, a scent, or a symbol in a dream, etc. For many of us who are Trinity Energy Progression™ Practitioners or Facilitators, we saw number sequences in the threes before we even heard of Trinity Energy Progression. I also had a visit from a certain “Ezekiel” a year before I decided to look up that name and found out it was Archangel Ezekiel, the Archangel of Transformation! It was an amazing sign that I ignored and forgot about for a year and somehow my Higher Self led me back to the book where I wrote that name down. I found myself waking up regularly at 2am, wide awake, and that got me on the couch, onto my computer to do research in the still of the night and decided to look up Ezekiel which led me to Angela and here I am writing this message now two years later! Needless to say, my life transformed in unimaginable ways over the past two years… Yours will, too!
Signs are there all the time. We just need to be alert to receive them!
