GO WITH THE FLOW……
Now is the time to truly go with the FLOW and allow great things to happen in your life!! This is actually quite easy to do if we simply ALLOW it. It may appear difficult on the outside because we are used to following rules and regulations to the letter; and we are accustomed to reading instruction manuals and getting other people’s advice on how to do things. We NO longer need instructions and we no longer need to listen to others. Actually, the best answers lie WITHIN ourselves. Yes, we have all the answers we need if we simply tap into our inner guidance and allow them to come through. This is intuition. Learn to listen…. Allow the answers to FLOW.
FLOW has now become a mainstay and a necessity in this new, incredible world….a world we are giving birth to right now in this present moment. The more we find our flow, the more we can create amazing things that serve us in our highest and best ways. We become connected to Spirit and divine truth. We feel the Oneness and our Creator’s unconditional love. We can release the old and bring in the new with more ease. Flow, flow flow…..it is a new code for a new mode.
Finding my flow hasn’t always been easy for me. I used to be a very devout “Type A” personality and I had a box for everything. I was a rule-follower and I became a very rigid person at a young age; and this rigid mentality stayed with me for decades. I couldn’t get beyond I was stuck for what seemed like an eternity. It wasn’t until I became very ill (because that’s the only way I would see that I needed to change) that I began to understand it was my “inferior” beliefs and “detrimental” patterns which were bringing me down. I learned that they were blocking me from progressing forward and from getting where I needed to go. The boxes were holding me back from realizing who I really was and what I was capable of doing. They affected my entire existence and I longed for a way to break through.
Trinity Energy Progression™ was the breakthrough. It has helped me open up and release the boxes and the “instructions” that I was desperately holding onto. I learned to trust in ways that I thought were unimaginable! The flow is very easy for me now and it has become a way of life. I don’t force anything and I don’t plan much ahead of time. I only plan what is necessary and I allow the universe to line up the rest. I no longer resist…I have full acceptance of everyone and everything. FLOW is like a river… the river flows in a beautiful pattern every day… the water follows its own harmonic path. It twists and turns around rocks and flora (obstacles) that get in its way. But it does not halt its movement or turn the other way. It does not analyze its actions; instead, it transforms into a lovely stream of gentle rhythms, without a care in the world. It bends, it twirls, it adapts, and it keeps GOING. The FLOW continues…..
As I stay in the flow each day, I find everything is easier and effortless. Abundance becomes natural (in all ways) and exciting experiences are more plentiful! I tap in every day through a Trinity meditation and I can easily identify what’s in my highest and best and what is not. I release those things that no longer serve me. I allow them to flow out just as much as I allow the goodness to flow in. I follow the guidance I receive and I fully trust it. I watch for messages and I am open to receiving them in any way possible. My intuition—which is the GPS of the soul—is always turned on. I allow assistance, abundance, and alignment. This is such a pleasant way to live and there are no worries. Things just fall into place! I couldn’t design my life any better if I tried. That’s the beauty of it all!! So, the practice is to FOLLOW the FLOW and not to force things. It’s more of a surrender. We will never have to force anything that is truly meant to be.
I am fluid and authentic and I feel the essence of the energetic flow. In this way, the continuity goes on….and on….and on. As the gentle breeze blows across my face…I can touch it, I can feel it, I am one with it…. I am in the FLOW.

ALL is a Part of the Divine/Oneness
Can you accept, embrace, and love the Shadow inside of you?
When we talk about “the Oneness” – what many call the Divine, Spirit, Source, God, Creator, etc. – it is inclusive of the total of EVERYTHING across the entire scope of creation, as part of infinite unconditional love. As the Divine Consciousness, we have created ALL that exists… including, within duality, the perception of “darkness” and “good/evil” or “good/bad.”
So, when we talk about remembering the Oneness, and seeing all outside of us also as a part of us… we also mean what we term “the darkness.” All beings, ALL consciousness is part of the Oneness – regardless of how or what they appear to be in this Universe of duality – are a part of the Divine. In fact, all that is in our reality is, in some way, a projection of what’s within.
During this time of remembrance and transformation to prepare for “Universe 2.0,” it is MOST important to do what may in the spiritual community call “shadow work” – which is looking at, embracing/loving, and finally dissolving what we perceive to be the darkness within us… which we ALL have! First in this process is to release judgment (which is based in duality), and instead understand from a perspective of how every situation, every action/reaction, has fit into the bigger picture – how it was a catalyst for a particular lesson in a particular way. Then…it’s time to conclude such lessons, let them go, and forgive ourselves and others involved.
The “traditional” methods of the effort to eliminate “the dark” has been termed and glorified as “the battle of good vs evil” or “the battle against the darkness.” However, the energy of “battle” or “fight” is based in friction… which is based in resistance and the energy of separation… which is the basis of how darkness was created!Thus, when we “fight” or “battle”… we actually create more separation… AND darkness!
When we release judgment, accept, embrace, and love the darkness that is part of our whole… by the nature of love, inclusion, and flow, the darkness naturally simply dissolves back to what we call “the light”… in unconditional love.
The more we practice this and release in such a manner, the more what we call “the darkness” in the world and Universe around us will naturally disappear. So… many ask what they can do to help during these times. The answer: Look within; release within… and remember how to exist from the place of our natural state: in complete flow and unconditional love… the “stuff” of which the Oneness is made.
“Trinity” State of Mind

I find myself repeating the same story over and over and realized it was worth writing down. So here it is! I started my Trinity Energy Progression™ training in November, 2012. I have had many years of training in other energy modalities and this one seemed to speak to me; no, it actually screamed to me! So, I didn’t hesitate to sign up for the class.
My life began to change that weekend. My parents were living with me and my mother’s health was deteriorating very quickly. I began to use Trinity right away to check for guidance about what was in my mother’s highest and best interest, and not allow my egoic interests to consume me. She transitioned only a few weeks after the class and it was through Trinity that I was able to feel her joy as she connected with her parents and others who were waiting to greet her. It was more joy than I have ever experienced from her during her lifetime. I knew right then that this was a very powerful tool that would change my life; and it has.
I started noticing that the days I included a Trinity meditation were the days that just flowed and weren’t full of stress. So I added that to my daily routine. Next came the impromptu shower meditations to deal with any feelings of resistance about a particular situation. Then I would finish my day with a short intention in Trinity as I fell asleep.
This routine quickly cleared out anxieties and fears that had become part of my everyday. Almost like I had grown accustomed to them and didn’t realize how much of my energy and time they consumed until they were gone. I actually felt more in charge of my life.
Looking back, this was just the beginning of how Trinity has changed my life. I like to refer to Trinity Energy Progression as a tool. You know the saying, “It’s easier with the right tool for the job”. The same is true for energy modalities! I have found that Trinity is the only tool I need. It opens a door to a place of peace and unconditional love. I use it all day everyday.
So besides the “on purpose” meditation time, I use Trinity to help with everything from heated discussions to what to have for dinner. Living in a crazy household with my husband, father, 3 teenagers, plus 3 cats and 2 dogs, I need all the peace and unconditional love I can find!! And again, I didn’t realize how much time and energy the chaos of my life consumed until it was gone. I also didn’t realize the physical and mental toll it was taking either. Not just on me but everyone in my house. Trinity is so universal and unconditional; its only limits are my imagination. Just a few examples are raising the vibration of your food to better serve the body, keeping family and myself on “auto-clear” to better navigate life, attract prosperity and abundance. I could go on and on.

It is amazing how much more you hear when you quiet the storms in your life. I have been able to hear my inner voice guiding me to my life’s purpose. Something I have longed for every day. In July, 2013 I took the Trinity Energy Progression Facilitators class; and yes, my life has changed even more. I find it easier to stay in a higher perspective of my life and see things more objectively. I notice that the areas of conflict in my life held purpose and the sooner I understood or accepted the purpose, the sooner they dissolved.
Don’t get me wrong, my life isn’t without ups and downs; but how I deal with and understand it all is the difference. My life is perfect in everyway. Perfect to my specifications! It is my creation. Trinity Energy Progression has given me the tool to move through my creation with all the grace and ease I will allow.

A NEW Perspective on “Good Friday”… Without a Belief System Attached
Today is the day the Christians practice Good Friday… the day of the crucifixion of Jesus. Many who practice it see it as an intense and heavy day… but I actually see it in a completely different light. When I “met” Jeshua/Yeshua – when he first came in as one of my guides several years back, I was quite taken aback… though up until that point, I had seen Mary Magdalene quite often, Jeshua had never even been on my radar. When he “announced” himself, and I felt that sweet, sweet, powerful HUGENESS of the amazing love, peace, and serenity that he exudes… I faltered, and was confused, because I had left the Christian church quite awhile before, and really had no tie to it. So, after asking and ensuring this at least a half dozen ways, I let that be, and didn’t come back to it for several days… which is when I “called” to him. And so he came. From the beginning, he was warm, good-natured, and joking (and his laughter is like LIQUID GOLD, with the pureness of love that comes through)… like a good friend I knew and hadn’t seen for a long time, but someone with whom I might’ve had more than a few laughs at some point. I just looked at him, not knowing what to say. And then I heard this:
“You are wondering why I am one of your Guides… why I am part of your Guide family, when you have never been ‘all holy’ about my idealized persona. It is exactly because of this; you will listen to me as your Guide… and also as your friend, and your equal… without putting me up on a pedestal.”
I nodded; that made sense. And it was genuine, as is EVERYTHING coming from him. No angst, no strain… just like a good-natured friend (you can read more about my interaction with him on my Road to Awakening site on the Ascended Master Jeshua page) And so, this opened up the doorway to MUCH discussion… and MANY questions at the onset! Much of my remembrance with Jeshua started with both him and Mary Magdalene, together, and talking about the actuality of the Holy Trinity (the Divine Masculine, the Divine Feminine, and the Divine Child). As conversations naturally progressed, he would simply need to provide little bits of information, and the rest of the understanding would just come POURING in. Ultimately, our discussions progressed to accessing the Christed Consciousness, which ALL of us can do. During one of these “conversations,” we were talking about the Christed Consciousness – our doorway back to the Oneness – and he was talking about the importance of us remembering that we ALL have that – which was his original intended message. He progressed to talking about his last days here – about the crucifixion – and I asked, “So, how did it FEEL?” He talked about being completely in the Christed Consciousness, and how from that perspective, how easy it is to see “the illusion” that ALL of this truly is. So, when he was at that point in his life as who we call Jesus… he understood its role, its purpose, and why that illusion was created. He said though his physical body was here… most of his consciousness was far, far higher, in a far different place… and simply watching the “act” play out, with a vague comprehension of the puppet that his physical body was. It was his own planned ultimate test of releasing the ego completely… since it’s the ego that perceives anything with pain, resistance, anger, etc., and keeps our consciousness here, in the 3D realm. And so… no pain. No angst. Simply playing the role he agreed to play, while simultaneously attaining his ultimate personal goal in that lifetime, for which he volunteered…of attaining the level of mastery of LIVING the Christed Consciousness in the 3D realm. In fact, as he shared with me… there was actually MUCH joy and celebration for attainment of that level of consciousness, and for the completion of that part of his journey! Little did I know that a year-and-a-half later I would be gifted with AMAZING remembrance of opening the doorway back to the Christed Consciousness within us ALL – via the tool of Trinity Energy Progression™ – to being MY work in toward that full remembrance… and that I had volunteered to help others on their path to that, as well. And, thus far, the ride has been… simply beyond words, and it increases so every single day. The realization that ALL is possible from the power of Christed Consciousness; from the perception of the knowing of the Oneness! In fact, until this morning, I didn’t realize the magnitude of the gift given to me and a friend of mine several days ago, while we were doing Trinity together. Her intention was to release a persisting pain in her hip; she is a VERY adept healer, one who is COMPLETELY on board to releasing it ALL… and yet, no matter what she’d been doing to clear, layer after layer, she still had some pain. So, we decided to tackle it together in a session. In the middle of the session… I was guided to “take her back” to Pilot Mountain, NC with me where I had REALLY full experienced losing the individual in the Oneness, and the bliss that entailed, on 12-12-12 (see the blog I wrote on my Road to Awakening site, Stepping Through the Doorway at Pilot Mountain (and Beyond) on 12-12-12). The purpose: To release resistance as perceived by the ego that is required to “maintain” individuality (and thus, creating pain and other feelings that the ego felt were required to do so). So, we played in assimilating in to the Oneness… dissolving, creating, dissolving, and re-creating ourselves via partition. (or what the ego perceives as resistance).. and then assimilating back. Such BLISS! Next, Jeshua was there, playing with us… and he allowed us to SEE the illusion in the 3D as he perceived it in his last days. To say it was amazing and cool is a HUGE understatement… it’s just this morning that I’ve realized what a gift it was to have seen and experienced it! It felt just like he’d explained it to me so long ago – just watching shadows, seeing the impressions of the illusion created in this reality in crisp clearness – and yet, KNOWING the entire time that it was JUST THAT… simply illusion. So, there was no sadness, pain or anything of the like… but the wordless bliss of the higher remembrance and understanding of seeing “the world as a stage,” without us actually HAVING to get lost in it! So, today, even though my spiritual practice is very Universal, and well beyond any specific belief system, what I was taught as a child about Good Friday has been erased… and the day has a completely changed meaning to me; instead of it being a heavy day, it’s truly light, blissful, and vastly FREEING! What Jeshua/Yeshua experienced – as many others who have achieved Christed Consciousness here in the 3D – is what we can ALL attain, here and now. It’s the epitome of examples for all of us, to help us remember… in truly realizing and reaching the amazing potential of our own Divinity, and that once we do – once we master ourselves, move beyond the ego, and live from the Oneness and unconditional love through to the 3D – that we all ARE capable of EVERYTHING, from whichever perspective we choose! Now, off to meditate in Trinity… to just SIT in that Oneness and bliss… and maybe go back there again… what more of a perfect time could there be to do so? 🙂
