Travel/Excursion Support Policies and Guidelines
Read through all of the following, then submit the form below that confirms your reading, understanding, and acceptance of these policies within 30 days of submitting your deposit (unless doing so within 30 days of the retreat; then submission is required within 24 hours of deposit/payment).

After establishment of trip confirmation (April 1, 2019), your deposit is refundable for 30 days.
Payments are due as outlined as follows:
Deposit: $350 DUE Mar 15, 2019
Payment 1: $846 DUE May 1, 2019
Payment 2: $846 DUE July 1, 2019
Payment 3: $847 DUE September 1, 2019
Payments are due by due dates as outlined above. If you need an alternate payment agreement, you must come to agreement with Angela Coulter on such alternate payment agreement well in advance of above due dates. If payments aren’t made by outlined (or agreed upon) due dates, it will be considered that you are cancelling and below cancellation guidelines apply.
For immersion retreats with a wait list, a 48-hour courtesy hold will be offered from confirmation to receive your deposit and any applicable payments.
TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE
To join the retreat, it is highly recommended for participants to have travel insurance. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant activities you will be engaging upon on your retreat & in case of trip cancellation. In the case of a participant not purchasing trip insurance, your choice to do so does NOT obligate Trinity Energy Progression or Angela Coulter’s responsibility in any way in the case of any circumstance that would be covered by such insurance.
Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.
With some agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation or trip confirmation.

PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION POLICY
As there are some early pre-payments on Trinity Energy Progression’s part in planning a trip (lodging, activities, etc.), If you cancel your trip, Trinity Energy Progression/Angela Coulter has the following immersion retreat cancellation policy:
- Deposit is refundable for 30 days from the trip confirmation date (April 1, 2019). After such 30 days, deposit is nonrefundable.
- If you cancel more than 90 days before the retreat’s start date, 100% of your payments less the deposit will be refunded.
- If you cancel 60 – 89 days before your retreat start date, 75% of your payments less the deposit will be refunded.
- If you cancel 15 – 59 days before your retreat start date, 40% of your payments less the deposit will be refunded.
- If you cancel 14 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.
The only exception to this policy is if a participant is cancelling and has another qualified participant who is ready, willing, and able to take their spot in the same retreat by paying required amounts to “catch up” immediately upon the initial participant’s cancellation (within 48 hours).
Credit is not offered for a participant arriving late or leaving early.
TRINITY ENERGY PROGRESSION IMMERSION RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY
While there has never been a cancelled retreat to date, if Trinity Energy Progression/Angela Coulter must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason uncovered by trip insurance, you may request a full refund of your payments to Trinity Energy Progression for the retreat, or you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, constituting a full settlement.
Trinity Energy Progression/Angela Coulter is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
