Dance in the Flow of Life
Freedom and creativity doesn’t always come easily for people. It hasn’t always been easy for me. There was a time when I didn’t allow myself to open up and play with the creative path. I was usually stuck in my mind and I didn’t pay attention to my inner needs. I was living more for others and the purposes of others; I lacked awareness of my own deep purpose and worthiness. This path was very unfulfilling because a BIG part of me was missing. I woke up one day realizing my emptiness and said “enough is enough.” I resolved to “Dance a new Dance”.
I began to see the world with new eyes, to hear with new ears. It was a most enlightening and eye-opening experience! It was joyous and wondrous. I awakened the MAGIC within and was determined to never to go back. How did I do it? Trinity Energy Progression™ is how I broke free and became the dance of transformation. It’s the most incredible gift ever because it is the energy of remembrance: remembering who we really are as Divine beings and realizing our limitless power. The practice of Trinity Energy Progression has helped me totally embrace a new way of living. What an amazing journey! I now have a business with Trinity Energy Progression clients and students. I’m also a dancer and dance instructor; there’s no coincidence in me using the term “Dance” to explain one’s journey.
I want to encourage you to dance in the flow of life. Embrace the new energies and soar with them. It’s the Dawn of a New Dance. A dance is more than just the traditional movement of one’s body in a rhythmic pattern to music. It is defined here as all aspects of life that will open you up to a lighter, freer existence….one of high vibrational living, all bathing in the flow of love, connectedness, and joy. Here’s how you can dance in the flow of life…..
Dance is a continuous flow….live your life in constant motion, embrace what it is offering you, as it is the soul’s delight. Dance is divine and it will take you to magical places. One of my favorite dance quotes, which is by Nina, is:
“She uninhibitedly danced in the flow of love, and life reflected its beauty back to her.”
Dance unfolds a story…. step into your shoes and live your life with purpose. Be the character that you desire. You can switch back and forth and you can rewrite the story anytime you wish. You are the director, the producer, and the actor.
Dance is freedom…..it gives you the wings to fly. Let yourself go and embrace your spirit; this is who you are. Trust that your movements will carry you through. Tell your story in the fullness of who you are. You are a divine being of light, so let your light shine in all of its glory. Allow your dance to unfold without fear. Feel the rhythm, trust the flow.
Dance is an opportunity…. make the most of every moment and live your dreams to the fullest. Create moves that make you come ALIVE. Another of my favorite quotes, which is by Howard Thurman, is:
“Don’t Ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
Dance is exhilarating….embrace excitement into your day to day life. Open your eyes and see the gifts around you. Enjoy the little things that cross your path and make them bigger than life. Dance through the song….dance through the flowers….dance through the job….dance through the tasks. Dance through everyday life and see the beauty in each step.
Dance is art in motion…..you can move however you wish and paint your own portrait. Your feet are the paintbrush and the floor is your sketch. Allow the paintbrush to move fluidly and spontaneously. All of the twists and turns are new doorways and adventures. See them as the bigger you and TRUST. Start moving and bending. Be flexible and allow new avenues to expand.
Dance is forgiving….when you trip up in life, make it part of the dance! Love yourself and be gentle. There is no wrong step. Open your heart and allow it to expand. Choose a new rhythm, step into a new beat. Trust your higher self to redirect you. It’s all part of the inner dance.
Dance is vision….it opens up new insights and understandings. Wisdom comes to life through creative flow. Dancing is divine and it connects you to Creator and your higher self. Open up and be a clear channel. Intuition will sharpen and you will dance through a waking dream.
Dance is transformational….like the beauty of the butterfly as it sheds its cocoon. It’s an exquisite unfolding of the newness of life and flying to new heights. Massive change takes place, yet it is done gracefully and gradually.
Dance is transcendent….leap forward into a new dimension with seamlessness. There are multiple levels to discover if you go deeper. It’s an effortless flow and you must say “Yes!” As the sign says, “Don’t Walk, DANCE.” Let go of mediocrity and take the leap!!
Your Dance is the choreography of your life. Live it as if it WERE a dance. Dance helps you find yourself and it helps you lose yourself. What is your dance saying to you? Where are you going? Are you going to make yourself come alive and live your life to the fullest? Are you going to follow your dreams to the next leap in consciousness? Your dance is YOURS and nobody else’s. Fill your life with new meaning and purpose. Paint your portrait. The universe needs you! Will YOU Dance in the flow of life? It is YOUR dance. It is YOUR chance.

Living Ascension
I discovered Trinity Energy Progression™. I took the Practitioner class. I took the Facilitators class. I named my website. It all resonated with me. Little did I know that was the easy part of this journey. I realized that in order to truly step into who I am, I have to really know who I am. I have to put my self out there. Everywhere. Step out of the spiritual closet. All the way, not just with close friends and family, but with everyone. Facebook friends, Linked-in people, strangers, neighbors, and anyone who would stay and listen to what I had to say. Oh, then there’s what I have to say. What is it? A link to something Angela has said? No, it has to reflect who I am, what I believe, and what I have to offer. How can my personal journey help someone on their spiritual journey?
I never imagined answering those questions would lead me to where I am right now. The resistance to what I had to look at was tremendous. It was everywhere. Everywhere I looked had a reminder of what I needed to do. There was no getting away from it. No short cuts either. So here is the condensed version of my discoveries.
I am living ascension. To me that means I am the embodiment of ascension in my day-to-day life. That also doesn’t mean abandoning who I am to fit in a box of what ascension means. I examined my life and chose to embrace those elements that nourished my soul and spirit and release/resolve those that don’t. Sounds straightforward and simple.
It all began in conversations with Angela when we “hit” on the term “resolution”. Resolution to release/resolve the past. All of it! I saw this as a freeing of all the energies held in past situations, emotions, agreements, and beliefs. I saw the blue light of transformation helping to identify and isolate those areas creating resistance for me. This resolution allows fulfillment to also be recognized. Giving me a sense of completion with the resolution.
Our next step was “integration”. By freeing those resistant energies of the past, I was able to fully integrate my energies with those of the present. I saw the pink light of unconditional universal love intermingling with the blue light of transformation creating a violet flame of transmutation completing the remembrance of self-love.
Finally, by embracing the present and allowing the integration of all aspects of myself, I ignited my creation with the yellow light and become the creator of my life!! How powerful it was and is.
Reducing this to words makes it appear simple, and in concept it is; but as we all know the ego demands its fair share of attention. I have found that this process works for specific areas as well as general issues. Combining this with the built-in grace, ease, balance, harmony, joy, and fun of Trinity Energy Progression really creates a new flow of energies.
So this is my answer to what I have to offer to someone on their spiritual path. I must say thanks to Angela for the numerous shares and conversations and myself for creating a life that led me to these circumstances.

The Art of Fishing… Bike Riding… and Pedestal Playing
“Give someone a fish, and you’ll feed them for a day. Teach them how to fish, and feed them for a lifetime.” ~Proverb
When I went through my Awakening into Remembrance, I realized (and have been reminded again and again) that I had signed up to “do things differently.” Boy… is THAT an understatement!
My job, as I understand it, is to “teach one to fish”… and in general, it’s very, very different than our traditional method of teaching. After all… Trinity Energy Progression™ IS the practice of remembering how to fully access the Divine Consciousness, of which we’re all a part; the key importance of this practice is the IN-dependence – to remember that we have access to ALL of the answers INSIDE of us, and that we need not depend on anyone or anything else to provide them.
This is SUCH a huge habit to break in this existence of duality and separation; one where we’ve excelled in the practice of disempowerment and giving away our power and getting answers from others, “outside” of ourselves! It’s so ingrained in this reality that I spend a LOT of time with students stripping away the habits of getting the answers from outside… from someone else, including me.
Sounds simple, right? Have you ever let go of a deeply ingrained limiting habit that you’ve perpetuated for a long time? How about one that’s been perpetuated for eons, lifetime after lifetime, lesson after lesson?
My first steps toward this began with becoming completely trusting in my own understanding and IN-dependent myself; also, to process remembrance via the higher, connected consciousness from a state of love vs. the lower separation-based ego in the 3D (there are many levels to the ego, well beyond the 3D). My decisions and communications come from the higher perspective and guidance, and always with the understanding of what’s highest and best in every situation. This is far, far beyond the “old” paradigm in the 3D of teaching with the motivation of needing to be loved, adored, and/or put on a pedestal by the students, to be the one “with all of the answers,” and the one to whom the students go for those answers. In contrast, pushing others to accessing the answers themselves – flexing muscles that haven’t been flexed for a lonnnnnng time – isn’t always the most “popular” thing, and the ego doesn’t always perceive this as easy. However, the more I’ve remembered that helping someone from non-egoic love, with the true intention of accessing their own Divine Truth and understanding – even if their ego wants to kick and scream about it – the easier it’s become. I stand in love for the Self and, likewise, love for all I teach (because, by the way, they all teach me in different ways, as well).
Once we were having an online conversation via the Trinity Practitioners Facebook Group, and a practitioner was angry because I wouldn’t give them the answer to something they wanted; however, they noticed that I’d “given an answer” to another one of the students that had asked a question. I’d answered that it was because this particular student had just taken class weeks previous to the conversation, and that it’s a weaning process… that’s fairly short. Another practitioner commented that it was much like a parent teaching a child to ride a bicycle, and that was a GREAT metaphor! First there’s training wheels… then the parent (/teacher) holds the back of the bike while the child practices… and before you know it, the parent (/teacher) has let go, and the child/student doesn’t even realize it as they ride away, self sufficient!
That IS actually a lot like teaching Trinity Energy Progression, and self-reliance.
My understanding is that part of this ascension process is fully taking back our power, standing in it, in full love for the Self and in full remembrance of the Divine beings we ALL are. We can only really do that when we become IN-dependent! I’ve had friends, students, and clients get angry with me, vilify me, stop talking to me because after a certain point, I won’t give them an answer they already have, or feed into something that’s come up for them to release. Sometimes my guidance is to withdraw from interacting altogether; typically, this is because it’s time for the student to “ride the bike on their own.”
Or… to get out there and fish!
What’s SO awesome to me is when the student does, in fact, begin to fish/ride on their own… they often realize what the “weaning” process was all about. Even better is when we begin to help each other to remember equally!
The new/original paradigm isn’t that no one is “special”; it’s that we’re ALL special, and we’re ALL Divine! Once, in conversation, I was talking about the disappointment of many “putting me on a pedestal”; a friend said, “Oh, come on… admit it… you like being on the pedestal!” I laughed and said, “It’s not that I don’t like being on the pedestal… it’s that I’m waiting for everyone else to remember that they’re already on there with me!”
Ultimately, it’s far more fun to fish together… bike together… and play together!

My Story and the Universe
These last several years of my life have probably been some of the most incredible times, other than the birth of my son, in my entire life. I have always been very spiritual but did not know what that meant nor did I understand the implications of it. Throughout my life I was presented with situations; I always knew what I needed to do and never questioned why or other possibilities. One of the most amazing things to come out of this type of lifestyle is that I ended up helping raise three beautiful young ladies that have made my life so much richer just by them letting me be a part of their lives. I was also gifted with an amazing son that challenged me every step of the way of him becoming an adult. We both survived; he is now a wonderful adult.
I was introduced to the Spiritual with one Reiki session. That was all it took. I had no knowledge what “being spiritual” was but I knew that was going to be my path in life. Like all of the other times I was presented with a new situation, I followed my guidance. I studied and became a Reiki Master; I learned more about the Spiritual. Then in 2012 it came to me that I would be leaving the West Palm Beach (WBP), FL area which I had lived in since I was about ten months old. I would be leaving three of my kids, two of my grandkids, my elderly mother, a sister, and a lot of very special friends. I did not have the financial means to move so I put out to the Universe that if I really was supposed to go, “they” would have to make it happen. In a totally unexpected way, the finances fell into place and I had the money to move. At first I was clueless as to what this meant but eventually the opportunity became available for me to move to the Raleigh, North Carolina area; I moved in July of 2013. I picked and rented a house in Apex, North Carolina via the internet without actually seeing the house, packed my stuff, and moved.
After moving up here one of the first things I did was find someone to get Reiki sessions from as that was very important to me at the time. I made several trips back to WPB a few times right after I moved for family events that were going on. I visited my Spiritual Mentor on one of the visits and she asked me if I had found a group to get involved with, and I told her no. She made me promise that I would find one. After returning home, I opened the local Spiritual Meetup listings and was scrolling down looking at the different groups that were having meetings. I was drawn to one that Angela (Coulter, Trinity Originator) was having at her house which I actually attended. This was so out of my box and personal comfort zone, by the way. That was the beginning of an amazing 2014 year for me. After attending the meeting, it came to me that I needed to get to know Angela better. I attended a Trinity Energy Progression™ Open House in November and then took the Trinity Energy Progression Practitioners Class in January 2014. My life was changed forever again.
While in the class I met many wonderful Trinity Energy Progression Practitioners and students. I found that I was part of a Spiritual family which is coming together again. At that class I met Linda Grimm; and was guided to find out more about what she did spiritually. In addition to being a Trinity Energy Progression Practitioner, Linda is a ThetaHealer and Teacher among many other spiritual gifts. So I was guided to take the ThetaHealing® Basic then Advanced program. Out of the blue, after I had registered for ThetaHealing classes Angela presented me with an opportunity to go to Mt. Shasta for the Facilitator’s class which was really unbelievable in so many ways. I did not meet the prerequisites to train for the Trinity Energy Progression Facilitators class. Angela briefly entertained the idea that she may take additional students. It came to me that I really needed to attend the Facilitators training so I just let her know that if she did decide to enlarge the group that I was interested. She told me a little while later that she had decided not to take additional students. I was disappointed; Again I sent it out to the Universe that if I was supposed to go, “they” had to make it happen. That is what is so amazing about just letting the Universe settle things for you.
In 2014, this is where my spiritual journey took me – January I trained as a Trinity Energy Progression Practitioner; in May I trained in Theta Healing Basic; in June I trained in Theta Healing Advanced. Then, as it turned out in July I went to Mt. Shasta to train as a Trinity Facilitator. Somehow I had gotten on the spiritual fast track. Man, what a ride it has been. Trinity Energy Progression and Theta Healing are both amazingly beautiful energies, and I knew I needed to train in both. I’m still not totally sure why or where it will all lead but I am just following my guidance and growing each day with the beauty of it all.
My life, though awesome, was extremely challenging and difficult. Every one of us has challenging lives but we all carry the baggage differently. I began working on myself with the help of my mentors and new-found soul family as well as all of my new energies that I now have as part of me. The tools are amazing; I learn new things about myself and my spiritual life every day. I started forgiving myself and letting go of so much that I carried. These energies have allowed me to become more of the spiritual person I am supposed to be. I have had several very important changes for the better in my physical health since I have been forgiving myself and others, and letting it all go. I still have a ways to go but am moving forward every day. I do trust that the Universe has my back and will guide me in all that I do; I always have even when I didn’t realize it, and that is an amazing thing to know now that I understand it so much better. The Spiritual and the Universe are amazing and will take care of us if we just trust and let it.

We Are Limitless!!!
Starting anew can’t begin without the crumbling away of the old first. A reminder from Spirit to me this new year has been to recognize the beauty of rebirth from destruction. This includes the destruction of the negative patterns or beliefs we have held onto for perhaps many years. Old programmed beliefs that we fail to see in ourselves can come to light at any time within our consciousness to be released and healed … thereby ending our own suffering.
After meditation this morning I realized something. I had felt guilty a good portion of my life for not suffering as much as my sister had while growing up and even into adulthood. This knowing had occurred to me before….. but now I saw it sooooo very clearly…and I was ready to clear it once and for all. Hello there, limiting belief! As I carefully traced my feelings and emotions back to my early childhood, I saw how I allowed my emotions to manipulate me. Do you remember the saying “misery loves company”? I felt guiltily for not suffering more: how strange, but how true of so many of us. We are so addicted to our suffering.
In the energy work that I do, self-work is the most important. The first step for me is recognizing a belief that may be holding me back from my highest potential. I shift into a higher perspective by first thanking it for serving me and teaching me what I needed to know. Then I observe how those beliefs dissipate when released.
We are in charge…remember that the power is always inside of us. No need to reclaim it…it’s already there! No need for any more suffering….It’s my understanding that it’s a core limiting belief to believe otherwise. So, you want I should suffer? No thank you, I think not. We are limitless!
