Recently I went to a workshop at Vincent Genna’s and we did an awesome exercise, where we paired up with a stranger, someone we haven’t worked on before or didn’t know. There was beautiful spiritual music playing in the background.

Our task was to sit across from each other and to look into each other’s eyes for a couple of minutes. One person goes first and touches the other person’s face very gently. Then we switch and the other person does the same thing. It is a very intense and emotional experience. It’s up close and personal, and you can feel the Unconditional Love from the other person.

It was even more wonderful to open my heart to the stranger and sit there blissfully in Trinity Energy Progression™. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a very long time. What made it so exceptional is that my ability to go deeper into myself allowed me to connect in such an open-hearted way that I hadn’t had the ability to do previously. It feels like you are looking into God’s Soul.

Since that experience, I’ve found it so beautiful to connect to God’s creatures and Nature. So, when you find yourself wanting to connect to yourself and the Oneness of us all, I suggest going for a walk in Nature and seeing trees in bloom and the wildlife. All is just another way of seeing God’s light in and around all of us.

This spring has really blessed us with Unconditional Love and Beauty in unexpected ways.  It’s all just waiting for you to reach out and connect to all.
