Have You Hit the Wall (of the Mind)?

brickwallI have to admit, I feel up against a wall. I have been rushing toward opening up and allowing myself to feel free flowing happiness, love, laughter, content, joy, bliss, sheer BEingness and then…WOMP. I found myself pressed against the wall. All those wondrous feelings, states of being, mind satisfying vibrations seem to be on the other side of the wall. I know they are all there. I feel so close…a breath, a hair, an instant away, but this darn block is preventing me from melting, joining, receiving, transforming to it.

I do not feel disappointed that it is not so. I feel confused. I look upon it as a dog cocking its head in puzzled confusion. I am engaged with this mystery in a sense of loving wonderment. I sense a strangeness or a weirdness as to why this is so. It feels like typing a password into the computer and nothing happens. So we type it in again expecting it allow us entrance, and then nope, nothing. Nothing changed. It may have been awhile since last tapping in. Is it possible we forgot? No, we wrote it down. Questions surface, did I change it? Did it expire? Is something wrong? I know I know this.  What is going on? And there it is.  It is the questioning of what is really going on and why is this so. The thinking part of the mind so at grip to this.

The softer side, emerges and says let it go, let it just be. Remove the force of the thought against it.  Lay back and drift with it. Let go and allow it to just become one with us.

This translates to me as taking a step away and allowing it to come from the peripheral. I have been focusing too hard on the need, the desire, and willfulness to make it so. So it is time to step away from the wall for a moment to allow the necessary space. I allow the natural connection with the other side and to become one with it. That feels right. That feels so.

Meditation and energy work is such an important part of my day, my life and experience. It works so delicately and without confines. It reminds me that I do not have to direct or do anything in the how to make it so. Remembering and practicing this is all I need do. All is well with this.

Namaste, happiness and joy to all,

Creating a Healing Vortex… Anywhere!

bikeAs energy and vibratory levels raise within each of us, taking better care of our bodies becomes natural. I recently joined a gym! I can’t understand why I didn’t do that sooner! Near me, Planet Fitness is a great place to be! It’s a “Judgment-Free Zone” and everyone seems to keep to themselves… unless, of course, you are an energy healing facilitator (hee hee!!!).

I’m sharing an experience I had there because it may give the opportunity for someone else to spread some more love to many.

Tranquilly pedaling on a stationary bike, off in la-la land, I suddenly felt the urge to go faster. I remembering actually going into a trance-like state and as I continued to take flight, I realized that I was creating a light vortex! I saw the entire building turn into an energy vortex before my eyes and I began sending out an offering to assist healing to each and every athlete there, including their families. My heart exploded with love and joy… it was an amazing 15-minute experience that I will never forget.

It is magical when events like this take place without planning. Living in the moment and creating love is what it is all about now!

Have a beautiful, magical week! BE LOVE!!! Embrace change!

Unconditionally, Lovingly yours,

Trepidation or Trust?

TrepidationTrustI recently woke up with the word trepidation in my head and thoughts.

Trepidation – Noun:  a feeling of fear or agitation about something that may happen:

Trust – Noun:  confident expectation of something

I realized trepidation has been an enormous word in my life. It has so many connections to so many things going on. I recently had to go to Florida to have my Mom tested for declining mental capacity. It was a daunting task and I was really worried about the outcome. Then it occurred to me that there were a lot of situations in my life that this also applies to.

Mom
My spiritual journey
My personal life
My financial situation
All of the unknowns I tend to worry about

All of these situations have had trepidation involved for me. I can say that all of the self-work and my spiritual journey have made things a lot less troublesome and scary in my life. I have been opening myself up to Trust and it has become an even more amazing journey.

I have been drawn, pushed or shoved – not always by choice – to take classes even when I did not know why or what I would do after taking them. Afterward, I’ve had issues with why I did and what I should be doing with them, not meeting expectations of whomever (mostly myself). I’ve come to realize over the last year or so, with help and gentle guidance from several soul family members and spiritual guides, to try not to have expectations of what I should be doing but rather take in all of the tools I have been gifted and move myself further on my journey. To Trust!!! I feel that each class I have taken and every person with whom I have come in contact along this journey has been instrumental in opening doors that I didn’t even know existed. Even though I currently don’t practice on others or teach any of the modalities I’ve learned over the last several years, that doesn’t mean that I haven’t benefited or grown from them. Not sure where this journey will lead me next… but I’m certain it will be even more amazing than it already is!

I am learning to trust myself in ways that I never thought I would. It has been a slow process but I’m gaining confidence. Letting go of my story has been one of the biggest stumbling blocks, and I have worked very consistently to get past it all. Still have a ways to go, but I’m gaining personal and spiritual growth and trust along the way.  This spiritual journey has been amazing, and I’ve begun to allow it to steer me in the direction I am supposed to go. I am happier now than I have been in a very long time! A lot less trepidation…and a lot more trust in my life.

Before leaving for Florida, I put together a creation statement for my mom, my family and myself – if all of the higher selves will accept it, “that everything comes together for my Mom and my family in the way it is supposed to be in the easiest and best way for all and that all of the issues that my family will face also be for our highest and best with grace and ease, love and harmony…” I meditated, sent unconditional love to myself and to all involved. My thoughts then were that everything would be okay and will unfold as they should with grace and ease and harmony and love and joy, without distress and pain to any of us. With this process I moved from trepidation to trust. I allowed myself to trust. The outcome has been amazing.

With love and trust may we all continue to move forward with our Journeys.
